NYMCI 2026 Game Rules
以下為 MCI 世界華裔小姐大賽・紐約賽區 2026 之官方賽事規則。所有參賽者須完整閱讀並同意遵守以下條款後方可報名。
本規則為最終版本，大會保有最終解釋權與修改權，如有更新將於官方渠道公告。
These rules are subject to final interpretation by the organizers. Updates will be announced via official channels.
🎯 基本參賽規則 Basic Rules
- 所有參賽者須年滿 18 歲，未滿 32 歲。All contestants must be aged 18–31.
- 必須為從未結婚且無子女的女性。Must be single with no children.
- 需持有美國合法居留有效身份，並提供文件複印件。Must hold valid US legal status.
- 具備基本中文（普通話或粵語）或英文溝通能力。Basic Mandarin, Cantonese, or English required.
- 無任何犯罪記錄，品行端正。No criminal record required.
📋 報名規則 Application Rules
- 5/31 前報名免費；7/27 當日報名須加收 $100 行政費。Free before May 31; $100 surcharge on July 27.
- 報名時不得受限於任何衝突的第三方經紀合約。No conflicting third-party agency contracts.
- 提交資料需真實完整，虛假信息將導致即時取消資格。All submitted information must be truthful and complete.
- 上傳照片須為近六個月内拍攝的正面清晰個人照。Headshot must be taken within the past 6 months.
🎭 賽事行為準則 Conduct Rules
- 所有佳麗須全程保持正面、專業的公眾形象。All contestants must maintain a positive, professional public image.
- 禁止在社交媒體上發表任何貶低其他參賽者或評委的言論。No disparaging comments about fellow contestants or judges.
- Top 16 佳麗須承諾參與全部 23 場官方活動。Top 16 must commit to all 23 official events.
- 嚴禁任何形式的賄賂、作弊或不正當競爭行為。No bribery, cheating, or unfair competition of any kind.
- 大會評委判決為最終裁定，不得提出異議。Judges' decisions are final and binding.
💰 費用與贊助規則 Fees & Sponsorship
- Top 16 晉級後須繳納 $4,000 賽事升級費（企業贊助名額另計）。Top 16 upgrade fee is $4,000 (sponsorship slots available).
- 費用涵蓋：妝髮服裝、機票住宿、舞台培訓與宣傳拍攝。Fee covers: hair/makeup, costumes, travel, training, and production.
- 表現最優異的 8 位佳麗將獲企業全額贊助，費用全免。Top 8 exceptional performers receive full corporate sponsorship.
- 所有費用繳納後恕不退還，請審慎考量後再行繳費。All fees are non-refundable once paid.
📸 媒體與版權規則 Media & IP Rules
- 大會保有所有官方活動之媒體版權（照片、影片）。The organization holds all official media copyright.
- 佳麗獲授權在社交媒體上分享官方內容，需標註官方賬號與贊助商。Contestants may share official content with required tags.
- Top 16 晉級後需簽署 NDA 保密協議，不得洩露賽事內部信息。Top 16 must sign NDA after advancing.
- 商業代言安排由大會統籌，利潤依合約比例透明分配。Commercial endorsements arranged by organizers with transparent profit sharing.
🏆 評分與投票規則 Judging & Voting
- 評分由專業評委根據氣質、才藝、演講、走秀等多維度綜合評定。Scoring is multi-dimensional: poise, talent, speech, runway, etc.
- 線上人氣投票於 9/19–10/19 衝刺期間開放，僅為參考分項。Online voting runs Sept 19–Oct 19 as a component score.
- 最終冠軍由評委會綜合評分決定，投票結果不作為唯一標準。Final winner decided by judges' overall scores.
- 任何涉及刷票或異常數據的投票行為將被取消資格。Vote manipulation will result in immediate disqualification.
